How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday, and usually within a few hours. Design proofs for new custom orders go out within 24 hours of your order.
Where's my order?
Your tracking number is emailed the day your sign ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, which is normal. If it hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, message us with your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes — as long as you haven't approved your digital proof yet. Revisions at proof stage are free and unlimited. Once you approve the proof, materials are cut and the design is locked, so message us as soon as possible if something needs changing.
Can you quote a custom logo sign?
Yes, and the quote is free. Send your logo through the form above — vector, PNG, JPG, or even a clear photo of printed signage. You'll get a price plus a visual mockup within 24 hours, with nothing charged until you approve it.
Do you take trade or bulk orders?
We do. Choose "Bulk / trade / wholesale" above and tell us roughly how many units and your timeline, and we'll come back with trade pricing.
My sign arrived damaged — what now?
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the sign and the outer packaging. Once verified, we produce and ship a brand-new replacement free of charge, including shipping.
