Yes. Our outdoor build is rated IP67, meaning it is fully sealed against rain, snow, dust and direct sun, and it ships with a weatherproof UL-listed adapter. For permanent storefront installs we recommend the outdoor housing plus a covered power connection — tell us where it's mounting and we'll spec it for you.

Text-based signs run roughly $99–$400 depending on size, font and number of characters. Business logos and multi-colour artwork are quoted individually and always free — upload your file and you'll have a price plus a visual mockup within 24 hours.

Transit damage is replaced free, no return shipping required — just send a photo. Beyond that, every sign carries a 2-year warranty covering the LED, the transformer and all electronics.

For almost every use, yes. LED neon is shatterproof instead of fragile glass, runs on safe 12V instead of high-voltage gas, uses around 80% less electricity, produces no heat or buzzing, and lasts about 100,000 hours. It also costs less to make, which is why our prices sit well below traditional glass shops.

Very little. A typical sign draws less than a standard light bulb — around $2 a month if you run it every evening. The 12V system stays cool to the touch, so it's safe in bedrooms, nurseries and small retail spaces.

Every sign ships pre-drilled with a free mounting kit — your choice of wall studs or hanging chain. Most customers are done in about 20 minutes with a drill and a level. The backing is clear acrylic cut to your artwork, so no frame is visible once it's lit.

Yes to both. We stock a full range of fixed single colours, and multi-colour signs are made by combining LED strips within one piece. RGB signs ship with a remote so you can change colour, brightness and effects on the fly — popular for game rooms, bars and event spaces.
