01 Who We Are

This website is operated by LG Sign Board ("we", "us", "our"). We design and manufacture custom LED neon signs and sell them through ledglowsignboard.com.

Throughout these terms, "you" means the person browsing the site or placing an order. "Site" means ledglowsignboard.com and any related pages we operate. "Products" means the signs, accessories and services we sell.

02 Accepting These Terms

By browsing the site, creating an account, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "last updated" date above will change. The version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order — later changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.

03 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you give us is accurate and complete.

If you are ordering on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

04 Accounts

You may create an account to track orders and speed up checkout. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used fraudulently, to abuse our staff, or in breach of these terms.

05 Products, Descriptions and Accuracy

We work hard to describe our products accurately, but please note:

• Colour reproduction varies by screen. Neon colours shown on the site are representations. The lit appearance of a sign depends on your display, its calibration and your ambient lighting. Minor variation between the on-screen preview and the finished sign is normal and is not a defect.
• Each sign is handmade. Small variations in bend radius, spacing and glow uniformity are inherent to hand-formed LED neon and are part of the character of the product.
• The design tool is a visual guide. The preview in our neon builder approximates the finished sign. The digital proof our team sends you is the authoritative representation.
• Dimensions are nominal. Finished dimensions may vary by up to a small tolerance from those quoted.

We reserve the right to correct errors, change product specifications, and discontinue products at any time without notice.

06 Custom Orders and the Proof Process

Substantially all of our products are manufactured to order based on the text, font, colour, size and options you select.

How it works

1. You place your order and we send a digital proof, usually within 24 hours.
2. You review it and request changes. Revisions at this stage are free and unlimited.
3. Once you approve the proof, materials are cut and production begins.

Before proof approval you may cancel for a full refund. After it, our Refund & Return Policy applies — damaged and non-working items are always covered.

If we cannot reach you for proof approval after reasonable attempts over 30 days, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

07 Your Artwork, Logos and Content

When you send us a logo, image, wording or any other material for use in your sign, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce and adapt it solely to produce your proof and manufacture your order.

Your warranties to us

By submitting material, you confirm that:

• You own it, or hold all necessary rights and permissions to use it in this way
• It does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, design right or other intellectual property
• It does not infringe anyone's rights of privacy or publicity
• It is not defamatory, obscene, hateful or unlawful

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, damage or cost (including reasonable legal fees) arising from material you supplied to us in breach of the above.

Orders we may decline

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without obligation to check, to decline or cancel any order where the requested content:

• Reproduces a third party's trademark, brand or copyrighted character without evident authorisation
• Contains hate speech, incitement to violence, or targets a person or group
• Is sexually explicit, or sexualises a minor in any way
• Promotes illegal activity or self-harm
• Is defamatory or harassing towards an identifiable person

Where we decline on these grounds, we refund you in full. Declining an order is not an assertion that the content is unlawful — it simply reflects what we are willing to manufacture.

Portfolio use

We may photograph completed signs and use those photographs in our portfolio, website and marketing. If you would prefer we did not, tell us in writing before production and we will honour that. We will not publish your name, address or order details.

08 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price that applies.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout. Production is not scheduled until payment clears.
• Promotional pricing, discount codes and sale periods may be varied or withdrawn at any time and cannot be applied retroactively.
• You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees on international orders — see our Shipping Policy.

Pricing errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first — we resolve the great majority of issues quickly. Raising a chargeback on a custom sign that was produced to an approved proof and delivered undamaged may be defended with our proof approval and delivery records.

09 Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send your digital proof, or dispatch a ready-made item.

We may decline an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, unavailable materials, a pricing error, or content covered by section 7. Where we decline, you are refunded in full.

10 Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Delivery timelines, carriers, packaging and lost-parcel procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, the 3-day claim window and refund handling are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and time is not of the essence unless we have agreed a firm date with you in writing.

11 Warranty and Safe Use

Our signs carry a 2-year warranty on LED components, transformers, adapters and electronics against manufacturing defects, subject to the exclusions in our Refund & Return Policy.

You are responsible for safe installation. We supply mounting hardware and instructions but we do not install. If you are not confident, use a qualified electrician or installer. We accept no liability for injury, property damage or product failure resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or use outside the sign's rated environment.

12 Acceptable Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system
• Introduce malware, or interfere with the site's operation or security
• Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content, pricing or images from the site
• Place fraudulent orders, or use another person's payment details without authority
• Submit false reviews, or abuse our staff by any channel

We may restrict or terminate your access to the site for breach of this section.

13 Our Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including our name, logo, product photography, original sign designs, written copy, layouts and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Buying a sign gives you ownership of that physical item; it does not transfer any rights in our designs, branding or site content.

14 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these terms and in our warranty, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that order.

Exceptions

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so parts of the above may not apply to you. These terms give you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing here limits your rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law.

15 Disputes and Governing Law

Talk to us first

Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue. Most disputes are settled quickly this way, and we would far rather fix a problem than litigate one.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [insert state], United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [insert county and state] for any dispute not otherwise resolved, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provision of the state in which you reside.

Time limit

To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or an order must be brought within one year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.

16 General

• Entire agreement. These terms, together with the policies referenced in section 2, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site and your orders, and supersede any prior understanding.
• Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier failure, industrial action, utility or internet outage, or governmental action.
• Notices. We may give you notice by email to the address on your order. You should give us notice by the email address below.
• No third-party beneficiaries. These terms create no rights enforceable by anyone other than you and us.
