This page explains what personal information we collect when you visit or order from ledglowsignboard.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
01 Who We Are
LG Sign Board ("we", "us", "our") operates ledglowsignboard.com and is the business responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy applies to our website, our checkout, our quote and contact forms, and any emails we send you. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.

Information collected automatically
- IP address and rough location (usually city or region level)
- Browser type, device type, operating system and screen size
- Pages viewed, time on page, referring website and exit page

What we never ask for
We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, health information, biometric data, or precise GPS location. Please do not send us these. Never send full card details by email or WhatsApp — we will never ask for them that way.

Order confirmations, proof emails and dispatch notifications are transactional — they are part of fulfilling your purchase and are sent regardless of marketing preferences. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop them.
04 Who We Share It With
We share personal information only with service providers who need it to help us run the business, and only for that purpose. They are bound to protect it and may not use it for their own purposes.

Replace the generic categories above with the actual named providers you use — for example your host, your payment processor, your email platform. US state privacy laws and app-store style reviews both expect named third parties, not categories alone.
Other disclosures
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order or valid legal process; to protect our rights, property or safety, or that of our customers; or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.
05 Selling and Sharing
We have never sold personal information for money, and we do not intend to. We have not sold or shared the personal information of anyone under 16.
One nuance worth stating plainly: under California and several other state privacy laws, the definitions of "sell" and "share" are broad enough that using third-party advertising cookies can count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising, even where no money changes hands. If we run advertising pixels, that activity may fall within that definition.
You can opt out of this at any time — see sections 6 and 11.
06 Cookies and Tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them in four ways:

List the specific tools you run here — for example Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads. Name each one and link to its own privacy policy. If you run no analytics or advertising tools at all, delete those two rows from the table above rather than leaving them in.
Your controls
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking necessary cookies will break checkout.
- Global Privacy Control. We honour the GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing where applicable law requires it.
- Do Not Track. Browsers vary in how they implement DNT and there is no agreed standard, so we do not currently respond to DNT headers.
- Ad platform settings. Most advertising platforms provide their own ad-preference controls in your account settings.
07 Your Artwork and Uploads
When you upload a logo, photo or reference image for your sign, we store it so our design team can produce your proof and manufacture your order. Uploaded files are treated as confidential business material and are not shared outside our production team.
We may photograph finished signs for our portfolio and marketing. If you would prefer we did not photograph yours, tell us in writing before production and we will honour that. We never publish your name, address or order details alongside these photographs.
You can ask us to delete your uploaded artwork after your order is complete. We will do so, subject to keeping the minimum record needed for warranty and tax purposes.
08 How Long We Keep It

Where we no longer need information, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.
09 Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across the site, access controls limiting who on our team can see customer data, and payment processing handled entirely by PCI-compliant providers so we never hold your card number.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant regulator as required by applicable law.
Please use a strong, unique password for your account and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
10 Your Rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information, subject to records we must legally keep
- Port your data to you in a portable format
- Opt out of marketing emails, at any time
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising
- Object to particular processing, or ask us to restrict it
How to exercise them
Email us at kranvyhome@gmail.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, telling us which right you wish to exercise. We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need a further 45 days for a complex request.
We may need to verify your identity before acting, usually by confirming details from a recent order. We will never charge you for exercising these rights, and we will never treat you differently for doing so — no worse pricing, no reduced service.
You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf, with written proof of authorisation.
11 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the specific rights set out in the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, the right to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as that term is defined under the CPRA, so the right to limit its use does not arise in practice.
Categories collected in the past 12 months
Identifiers (name, email, address, phone, IP address); commercial information (products purchased and considered); internet activity (browsing and interaction with our site); and geolocation at approximate city level. The sources, purposes and recipients are described in sections 2 to 4 above.
Opting out
To opt out of sale or sharing, email us with "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the subject line, or enable the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser, which we honour automatically.
You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
12 Other US State Privacy Laws
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and others as they take effect — have broadly similar rights to access, correct, delete and port their information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data.
Use the same contact route in section 10 and tell us which state you reside in, and we will handle your request under that state's requirements. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal within the period your state's law allows.
13 International Transfers
We operate internationally and our team, service providers and hosting infrastructure may be located in countries other than your own, including the United States and India. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those where you live.
Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy, including contractual protections with our service providers.
By using the site or placing an order, you understand that your information may be transferred and processed in these locations.
14 Children's Privacy
Our site and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We have not sold or shared the personal information of any known minor, and we do not knowingly direct advertising to minors.
15 Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, our tools or the law. The "last updated" date at the top of the page always shows the current version.
Where changes are material — for example, a new category of information or a new purpose — we will give you prominent notice on the site and, where required, by email before the change takes effect.
Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
